You Deserve Happiness

Sometimes we have to let go of a painful past to find it. Some days it seems impossible to find in our all-too-busy day. If you are holding on to past slights or feelings of rejection, you are stopping your chance to feel happiness. You have to make a conscious decision to rid yourself of the negative energy.


It can help to write your negative feelings down and read them one by one. Let yourself feel the pain and then tear up the paper and release the negative feelings that go along with the past pain.


Sharing your thoughts but not dwelling on them is also healthy. Shifting into a positive space an creating new habits, which takes about 30 days, is also helpful.


So, find your tribe, share your story, and move through it into peaceful bliss.
