Breathe easier in just minutes after you recite these mantras and do some deep breathing. We all deserve relaxation and fulfillment during our day.


1. I deserve to live with ease. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds release slowly.)


2.I always feel better when I pause in response to stress. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


3.I have done well, I don't have to be perfect. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


4.Peace is within my reach. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


5.Breathe and breathe again. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


6.Laughter lightens my load. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


7.In every moment, peace is a choice. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


8.I thrive on a love. (Breathe in a hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


9.I surrender and let go. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


10.I will stay calm and carry on. (Breathe in and hold for 5 seconds and release slowly.)


Choose some of the above and write them down or create your own. You can carry them with you or put them in places where they will be easily seen.
